Central — W/L Provider Report

Overview

The W/L Provider Report page provides administrators with provider-level win/lose data for games and gateways. Use this page to filter by date range, white label, and currency, export the report to CSV, sort key columns, and review provider performance.

Page layout

Header

The page header contains the report title and export action.

Filter section

Use the top filter row to narrow the report dataset.

End Date	date picker	Select the end date for the report period
White Label Name	dropdown/autocomplete	Filter report values by white label
Currency	dropdown/select	Filter report values by currency
Search	button	Apply filters and refresh the report table
Reset	button	Clear filters and show the default dataset

Filter status

The page shows the current filter scope label, such as All, and the resulting row count below the filters.

Report table

The main table displays provider-level win/lose metrics per game.

Turnover	Total turnover amount
Player	Player-related amount or revenue metric
White Label	White label contribution amount
Revenue Company	Company-level revenue total
Win Lose	First win/lose metric for the provider
Comm	First commission metric
Bonus	First bonus metric
Total	First net total amount
Win Lose	Second win/lose metric for the same row
Comm	Second commission metric
Bonus	Second bonus metric
Total	Second net total amount

Sortable columns

Some table headers show sort controls with arrow icons. Use the header controls to sort rows by Game, Turnover, Revenue Company, and win/lose metrics.

Current visible report rows include:

• habanero with turnover 2,400, player 2,717,600, and total -543,520
• hacksaw with turnover 45,218, player 1,556.2, and total -311.24
• pgsoft with turnover 3,742,746, player 294,540.84, and total -58,908.17
• pragmatic with turnover 80,772,892, player 26,649,100.15, and total -5,329,820.03
• Summary row with total turnover 84,563,256 and total -5,932,559.44

Actions

Filter report results

1. Open the Date* picker and choose the start date.
2. Open the End Date picker and choose the end date.
3. Select a White Label Name if you need to narrow results to a specific white label.
4. Choose Currency if required.
5. Click Search to refresh the report table with the selected filters.
6. Click Reset to clear filters and return to the full dataset.

Export report to CSV

1. Apply the required filter values.
2. Click Export to CSV to download the current report dataset.
3. Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet application for analysis.

Sort report columns

1. Locate the sort icons in the table header for sortable columns.
2. Click a header icon to sort rows by that column.
3. Use the same header to switch between ascending and descending order if available.

Review report metrics

1. Scan the table rows for the provider or game you want to inspect.
2. Confirm the Turnover, Player, White Label, and Revenue Company values.
3. Review both sets of Win Lose, Comm, Bonus, and Total columns.
4. Check the summary row at the bottom for overall totals.

Notes

• The page is designed for report viewing and export; there are no row edit actions available.
• Date* is a required field for report generation.
• The Export to CSV button downloads the current filtered dataset.
• The table includes two repeating sets of win/lose columns; these represent separate accounting categories for each provider row.
• The page shows a current filter scope label such as All and the resulting data row count.
