Central — Active Balance

Overview

The Active Balance page shows active balance records for payment gateway disbursements and settlements. Admins use this page to filter entries by date, payment gateway, and active setting state, then review invoice rows and submit selected balance actions.

Access

  • URL: /dashboard/active-balance
  • Role required: Admin
  • Navigation path: Sidebar > Payment Settings > Active Balance

The page header contains the title of the page.

Active Balance table

The main table lists active balance records with invoice details and row-level submit actions.

Payment GatewayGateway name and type (example: gpay (wd))
CategoryTransaction category such as Cash Advance or Settlement
From & ToSource date range for the balance calculation

AmountTransaction amount formatted with separators
Invoice IDUnique identifier for the invoice or record
ActionRow action button to submit the balance record

Pagination and data controls

The bottom of the table includes page navigation and row count controls.

Actions

Filter active balance records

  1. Choose the Date start date.
  2. Choose the End Date finish date.
  3. Select a Payment Gateway or leave it as All.
  4. Toggle Use setting if you want active balance rules applied.
  5. Click Search to refresh the table with the selected filters.
  6. Click Reset to clear filters and show the full list again.

Generate report

  1. Adjust filters as needed.
  2. Click Generate to create the active balance report for the current filter range.
  3. If the button is disabled, verify the required date range and filters are entered first.

Submit a balance row

  1. Find the row you want to process in the active balance table.
  2. Check the Invoice ID, Category, Amount, and Disbursement Date for accuracy.
  3. Click the Submit button in the row action column.
  4. The row action may be disabled for records that cannot be submitted.

Notes

  • Active Balance is primarily a review-and-submit page for payment gateway disbursement records.
  • The Use setting toggle controls whether the active setting filter is applied.
  • The Generate button is part of the report workflow and may require a valid filter selection to become active.
  • Each row has a Submit action to process the invoice or balance entry.
